TAS58xx support update on the standalone snapclient

Small update on the standalone snapclient firmware for the TAS5805M/TAS58025M-based boards

Recently, some nasty bug popped up in the firmware; the fault check and reset task that was added recently started to crash because of a lack of stack space, affecting both master and develop versions. The proper fix is on review right now, but I added a quick patch directly into the build pipeline that increases stack size somewhat

At the same time, I decided to enable Ethernet by default on all boards that have it as standard, since with the recent updates, network switching works automatically, prioritizing Ethernet over Wifi, when available.

The master installer is available here, and it still lacks proper TAS5825M support (not merged yet). The development version installer is here, with TAS5825M support and a few new boards based on the ESP32-S3 chip, although it is still not very stable.
